Specialized Services Designed Around You
Our practice offers virtual therapy and assessment services, ensuring accessibility and flexibility. We work with individual teens and adults, as well as couples and families.
Our therapeutic approach is highly collaborative and considers the context that shapes each person’s life, including familial, social, cultural, and generational factors. Our work is always grounded in the relationship between you and your therapist, and then we incorporate evidence-based therapies that facilitate your goals. We provide space for reflection and empathy, help you increase your awareness and insight, and teach skills so you can take control of your life.
